we do not offer any returns or reimbursements. the clones will be overnight shipped to you free of pests and disease, we hand select only truly healthy rooted clones and they are placed in shipping safe containers. if they do arrive “the day showing tracking delivery” damaged beyond being saved we will reship only then with video proof emailed to us. we do stand behind our products but there are far too many people over the years that have ruined a good thing by asking for refunds for perfectly healthy clones and keeping them etc. if you kill your clone due to improper care we are not responsible for that. we hope you understand
